Hey there!
Welcome to the August edition of What’s New in Testfully post!
During August, we focused on the delivery of Testfully Offline, the ability to use Testfully without storing your data in the cloud. With a lot of progress on that front, we’re well on track to ship Testfully Offline in September. Also, we shipped two of the most requested features: HTTP Proxy and a new editing experience for JSON input fields.
Last but not least, we got our public product roadmap sorted! As you can see, there is a lot to talk about, so without further ado let’s dive right in, shall we?
We work closely with our users to shape the future of our product so if you have a feature in mind, please do share it with me via
matt@testfully.io
or via Testfully’s roadmap page.
HTTP Proxy
Using HTTP Proxy for sending requests via Testfully could not get easier.
- Each folder can have its proxy settings, or inherit from the parent.
- You can set HTTP Proxy settings via GUI
- Or use
HTTP_PROXY
environment variables to load settings from your environment.
To learn more, read the HTTP Proxy page.
A world-class editing experience for JSON fields
We have rolled out a new editing experience for JSON fields to keep you productive while using Testfully.
- It offers Syntax Highlighting, Bracket Matching, Find & Replace, and an easy way to navigate through JSON documents.
- and it handles large JSON documents without any issue
What Should We Work on Next?
We finally got to put together the Testfully’s public roadmap, something you have asked for many times, and we have finally delivered. Now, Could you please do us a favor?
- Check the roadmap;
- Vote on any feature that matters to you most;
- And add any missing features to the roadmap.
As a Testfully user, your opinion about the product matters to us, and we would like to have your input on the future of Testfully, so don’t be shy, get involved and share your thoughts with us.
That’s all for August 2023. We hope these new features help you be more productive at work. Have fun and see you next month!
